Return Eligibility
•
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
•
The perfume must be:
o
In original packaging
o
Lightly used (only 1–2 test sprays allowed)
o
Without damage or tampering
Return Process
1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days.
2. We'll schedule a pickup from your address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll confirm the return.
4. You'll be asked to share your bank account details.
5. The full amount will be refunded within 2–5 business days.
Important Notes
• Return available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders only.
• Returns are not accepted for heavily used, broken, or altered products.
• If the package was damaged on delivery, please inform us immediately with photos.

Refund Eligibility:

The item must be unused (except for testing one spray) and in its original packaging.

We’ll arrange pickup of the product from your location.
3.
After the product is received and inspected, we’ll ask for your bank details.
4.
The full amount will be credited back to your account within 2–5 business days.
